How can I check the status of an order?

We'll keep you up to date on your orders by sending you a confirmation email and another email when your order ships with tracking information. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of your order anytime.

How can I update or cancel an order?

If you'd like to change or cancel an order, please email valinna.us@gmail.com Please note that if an order has already been sent out, we will not be able to change or cancel it. Additionally, once it has shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. However, you can always return items you don't want to keep. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also use PayPal® to order from us. Please note that we don't accept money orders, personal checks, or COD. We also do not accept pre-paid bank/credit cards, sometimes known as bank giftcards.

How do I use a promotion code?

Just enter your promotion code during checkout, and it will automatically be applied to your order.

Can I place a wholesale order?

If you have a store and you would like to inquire about starting a wholesale account with us, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the selected shipping company. Ordering system will automatically calculate the shipping cost, but you can also use the calculator on the page of the product.

U.S. orders ship for free. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more information.

International shipping rates are weight-based.
