Returns & Exchanges

IT'S OK IF IT WASN'T WHAT YOU WANTED.

We love happy customers. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it for a refund within 30 days as per the policy below.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

1. PLACE YOUR REQUEST: Log on to the returns portal and place your request. A return label will be generated for you.

2. SEND IT BACKShip the item back using your own method within 30 days of delivery date.

3. GET YOUR CREDITWe’ll process your return and refund your original payment method. You'll get an email when it's complete.

SOME IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • Any returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them with tags attached.
  • In case you are self-shipping, protect yourself by using an insured and trackable shipping method. Remember to record your tracking number.
  • You are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. (Please note we can't accept C.O.D. packages.)
  • Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
  • We can't accept returns on final sale merchandise.
  • We also can't accept returns purchased from other retailers besides Valinna.com. If you have purchased something from another retailer, please contact them regarding a return or exchange.

TIMING

Upon receipt of your return, it can take up to 7 days for it to be inspected and processed. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a defective or damaged item, please place a request for an exchange through our returns portal and choose "Defective item received". Please attach images of the damage/defect to expedite your request.

EXCHANGES

We now offer exchanges through our returns portal. You can request an exchange on the same product for a different size or color. Once we receive your return and it is processed, we will ship you your exchange. Please note that you will have to pay for the shipping label and any price difference in the exchange item.

In case you wish to exchange with a different product, we ask that you return your item and place a new order online. Please note: Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 business days for it to be inspected and processed and your exchange to be shipped out.
